We recommend that you book an airline ticket after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us. Q: Hi, before booking my tour I need some clarification: 1. page of the tour reports: ?From 12/01/09, Yosemite will be substituted with Death Valley due to closure of road?- and suggests to see the tour USSF06-286. It means that I must refer to that route throughout the tour or do I just replace Yosemite with Death Valley and the list of the other days will remain unchanged, ie USSF06-205? 2. In Pricing page by clicking on the box of the day in question appear other prices: we will be three in a room, so have we to pay $ 438 apiece or $ 358 in triple as shown in the box? In the box ?Easy Book? the total amount of 3 adults in a room is $ 1,106.22; is it correct? 3. to have a room with three beds each time, have we to ask in every hotel or do you provide directly to the reservation? 4. being vegetarian, may I have meals without meat? 5. optional tours must be booked and paid from time to time to the tour guide? 6. we?re Italians: can we have a guide who knows even our language? 2010-04-23 14:03:54 Hi Antonio Bufalo: This tour does not visit Death Valley from Mar 24-Nov 25. During the dates of Dec 1-March 23, the tour substitutes the Yosemite portion of the tour with Death Valley. Based upon the current prices on our website, it is $358 per person, if there are 3 people in one room. The price shown in the Easy Book section is correct. Rooms only have 2 full/queen sized beds. You can be requested at the time of check-in with the hotel front desk. You are welcome to order your own meals when you are at the restaurant for meal stops. Optional tours must be paid directly to the tour guide when on tour.
